FAQ

  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    In order to avoid disappointment we suggest you make your booking as soon as possible. We need a minimum of 3 days before your requested date to prepare your event.
  • How much do the tents cost to hire?
    We currently have two tents available for hire. The 5m x 5m tent is available for R4999+ and the 8m x 8m tent is available for R6999+. It all depends on the package you select. An extra breakage deposit is also added, that will be paid back after the event.
  • How do I make a booking with you?
    Go to https://www.inflationstation.co.za/ and click on “Book Now”. Choose your package and one of our admins will be in contact with you. You can also fill out the contact us form if you have a special request.
  • When will the tent arrive for my event?
    We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event, or at a specified time as per the client request.
  • Do you also offer a DJ/bartender service?
    Yes, we have a range of services available for hire, such as DJ’s, bartenders, bouncers, sound and lights hire. If you need a certain amount of DJ’s, bartenders, shot girls/guys or bouncers, please contact us.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Any cancellations 72 hours prior to your event will mean you forfeit your deposit.
  • Can I pay using EFT?
    Yes, we will have online payment or EFT options.
  • How can I contact your company?
    We have a contact us form on our website. One of our helpful agents will contact you as soon as they can.
  • Will there be any additional costs?
    All costs will be included in the package or quote. Nothing will be hidden.
  • Can we hire an Inflatable Party Tent in a park or public space?
    If you get a permit to have the party in that type of space, we will gladly host it there
  • What access is required to deliver and set up the party tent?
    We need a 1 meter or more wide opening for us and the equipment to fit through to the area where the tents will be blown up.
  • Is a deposit required for the hire of the tent and equipment?
    Yes, the deposit covers us for any damages or late cancellations.
  • Can we use the inflatable in the rain?
    The party tents can be used in light rain, but will have to be deflated in heavy rain or stormy weather.
  • How far do you deliver?
    Delivery will be free within a 30km radius from Durbanville/Bellville Cape Town. Any extra distance will require an extra delivery charge.
  • Is there a maximum capacity of guests that can be in the inflatable party tent at the same time?
    Each tent has a maximum capacity as per the package description.
  • Is a supervisor required to monitor the Inflatable party tent at all times?
    We will have a supervisor present at all events to ensure everything is working smoothly and nothing gets broken.
  • Will the Inflatable Party Tent arrive before my booking time?
    Yes, 1-2 hours before the event unless otherwise discussed.
  • Can I place an Inflatable Party Tent on concrete or other hard surfaces?
    Yes, we will provide a suitable ground cover.
  • Do you supply Safety Instructions?
    We will discuss all safety instructions with the client. The client is responsible to convey the message to their guests.
  • How long does the setup and removal take?
    1 hour for setup and 1 hour for removal.
  • What is included in the price of the Inflatable Party Tent hire?
    Delivery, setup, pack up and all required equipment. Any extra equipment needed will be extra if requested. Additional delivery cost will be incurred if you are located outside the Cape Town area.
